Our Commitment to Privacy
ICAP, as the owner of the services offered on the www.i-Feds.com website (the “Services”), is
committed to safeguarding your privacy online. ICAP Plc. protects personal information in a
number of important ways. All ICAP employees are subject to a strict employment policy
regarding confidentiality and background checks. ICAP takes substantial precautions in seeking
to ensure that our systems are secure and that they meet industry standards, including the
application of firewalls for our Internet-based systems.
Security
When appropriate, ICAP employs the use of encryption technologies, user authentication
systems and access control mechanisms. ICAP supports, and encourages the use of most user
PKI technologies. In addition, a user identification code and personally chosen password is
required to access the site. You are free, and encouraged, to change your password as often as
you like.
Information Use and Disclosure
We may use information you have given us to provide the Services to you, measure consumer
interest in our various services and inform you about products and services that may be of
interest to you (See the E-mail Offers section below). We may also use your name and public
information on our site and/or other written or electronic materials for purposes of advertising and
promoting our Services. In providing the Services to you, we share your registration information
with those providers with whom you have requested to conduct transactions. We may also share
your information with law enforcement agencies or other appropriate entities, or with providers if
reasonably necessary for providers to comply with any regulatory reporting requirements, or as
otherwise required by law or court order or in connection with a sale of asset transaction. Other
than as stated in this paragraph and the paragraph below, we do not share your information with

IP Addresses
We use your IP address to help maintain our server and to administer our site. Your IP address is
used to monitor traffic and to keep a record of trades executed. We will not, under any
circumstances, share this information with a third party.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep track of your user account and to deliver web pages that can be
customized to your particular interests. Your cookie is stored only on your own machine and
does not contain any credit card, address, or other personal information. We will not share your
cookie with any third party. Should your browser be configured not to accept cookies, you will still
have access to the site and may have to re-input your preferences and login information at each

E-Mail Policy
Standard, non-encrypted Internet E-mail is not secure and is intended for the communication of
non-confidential information. For secure, encrypted E-mail transmissions, you should use the
i-Feds Privacy Policy.DOC
“Secure E-mail” function found through our “Contact Us” pages. It is the policy of ICAP not to
include confidential account information in non-secure E-mail responses.
Linked Sites
While steps have been taken to ensure that provider and other Internet sites to which user
hyperlinks from the site meet certain privacy guidelines, those linked sites may contain privacy
provisions that differ from the provisions provided herein. ICAP is not responsible for such
provisions, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such provisions.
Changes to this Policy
From time to time it may become necessary to revise this policy. Should this policy be revised, an
e-mail copy will be sent to you for your review and consent.
